Shipping:  Orders are normally shipped by UPS ground service or truck, depending on size and weight.  Products may also be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Other ways of shipping may be available.  Freight charges will be added at time of invoicing.  Please call for pricing.

Method of Payment:  We accept PayPal and credit cards through PayPal. No C.O.D.'s please.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by AZ Patio Plus and are subject to a 25% restocking charge.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, and returned items must be shipped prepaid.  Some sales are final, especially custom items.  No returns are accepted after 30 days.  No credit or refund will be issued on items returned without authorization number.

Warranty:  Products may have a manufacturer's warranty.  No other warranty is available from AZ Patio Plus.
